2023 QHHT Practitioner Reunion

Reflecting on the wonderful year that was 2023, I had the pleasure of spending time with the QHHT crew —Julia Cannon, Kaya Wittenburg, Susanne Spooner, Sarah Breskman Cosme, Jovy Wan and ~200 other practitioners in the beautiful island of Ibiza in Spain.

From the moment we got there, everyone seemed familiar. Over the course of the week we shared stories of the profound results of QHHT sessions, swapped sessions and immersed ourselves in an energy was truly uplifting, inspiring, and grounding.

We hiked, danced, meditated, enjoyed sound healing and group healing sessions and connected to the beautiful surroundings.

We made the most of each day, exploring the vibrant hustle and bustle of Ibiza and its history, and discovering the charm of the surrounding islands. Coming back to the hotel after mixing it up with other tourists and locals was an interesting experience. The contrast between the bubble of energy created by the group in and around the hotel: light, nurturing, vibrant, uplifting energy - and the outside environment was noticeable. Stepping back into the hotel was like diving into a calm swimming pool and clearing all the intense, fragmented energies picked up in the city.

It reminded me that these energies are versatile and can be intentionally created (coming soon... 'Creating an energy field'), accessed, and utilised daily. Energy of moments in time exist perpetually and we can connect to these energy streams—whether they pertain to the current, past, or future. They are like a book on a shelf that can be taken down, opened, and absorbed at any time.

Dolores' energy permeated the room and was felt strongly by many. There was a repetitive theme coming through that showed the veil is very thin and we are supported at all times by beautiful souls and we are already connected on the 'other side' well before we meet in this realm.

Kudos to Julia and her team  for not just preserving Dolores' techniques but expanding knowledge and the energy to uplift an increasing audience.
